Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products. An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order, but it does not mean we have accepted it. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Promotional discounts apply only for the period and products stated. We deliver within Australia. Processing times, delivery estimates, courier details and delivery conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
